Majority of all orders will arrive within 8-21 business days depending on your location, with the exception of weekends and holidays.

In VERY rare instances please allow delivery to take up to 6 weeks for your order to arrive.

How Do I Track My Order?

Visit our Order Tracking page to view your shipping status. Please enter your order number and email address to confirm your purchase details.

When Will My Tracking Number Be Available?

Usually you will receive your tracking number 3-5 days after purchase. If you have not received your tracking number within 7 days after purchase, please Contact Us immediately.

I Placed An Order, But Never Received A Confirmation E-Mail?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a receipt in your inbox. If you do not receive an email from Trendayo within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your Spam folder, please Contact Us  for assistance.

My Order Has Not Arrived Yet?

If you have not received your order within 40 days, please Contact Us or send us an email to Info@Pocketwatchhub.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible!

How Do I Return My Item?

To be ELIGIBLE for a return, please make sure that:

  1. The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
  2. The product is unopened, in its original packaging.
  3. You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.Pocketwatchhub.com

We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.

Damaged Items?

Life happens! If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately! We will make it right!

For any returns due to damages please follow the further instructions below:

  1. Take a photo or video showing proof of the damaged product still in its original packaging.
  2. Send all photos/videos to Info@Pocketwatchhub.com with detailed descriptions about the damaged item.
  3. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to review the photos or video. You will be notified shortly after with further instructions.
